Maurice is passionate about unity and solidarity of people of African
descent. He is enthusiastic in confronting divisions designed to divide people
and to exclude human diverse experiences. He believes in Sankofa as a
reflection tool for learning from the past to embrace a future of self-esteem, self-realization
and affirmation of all including LGBTIQ people.
