With nearly two decades of experience, she is highly skilled in supporting Title I schools and families within marginalized and historically underserved communities, leading initiatives that strengthen literacy outcomes, improve instructional practices, and build sustainable systems for academic success. As the creator of the EnRICH-me™ Framework, she equips educators and leaders with structured strategies that drive measurable student growth and long-term capacity. Through ESS LLC, Tonitia provides virtual academic coaching and tutoring (Grades 3–12), professional development, and family advocacy services. ESS LLC is also an approved provider in the EMA Marketplace for the Step Up for Students Scholarship Program, expanding access for families to utilize education savings funds for high-quality academic support.
